How to use:
•Mix the oxidizer with Aqua Drops Hybrid Tint in a 1:3 ratio (1 drop of oxidizer and 3 drops of Aqua Drops) for brush application or in a 2:3 ratio (2 drops of oxidizer and 3 drops of Aqua Drops) for airbrush use.
•Mix until you achieve a uniform consistency.
•Apply in thin layers to the eyebrows using a brush.
•Wear gloves during use.
•Do not mix in a metal container or use a metal spoon.
